What we keep

Enough to run your visit: checkout email, what you ordered, payment status, and Chat if you write us. New accounts get a confirm link at that inbox before they can order. If you join the list we keep that email for shop news. Email help@reddswares.com and we take you off. Card numbers stay with Stripe. Charges are processed by LAB Electronics LLC d/b/a TWIZT.SHOP and show on the card as TWIZT.SHOP. We don’t sell this, and we don’t run ads on the shop.

How long

After 90 days an order is marked resolved. Write us before then if something’s wrong — we want to fix it right away.
