How IT ALL WORKS

The visit

1. Sign in. Search the catalog. Add items or one villager — not both. The Dodo code will appear on the checkout page after you place the order.
2. Come with empty pockets — one trip only. Full pockets? There’s a trash can.
3. We check your card first. You are not charged until you finish picking up.
4. We send a Dodo on the “Your visit” page. You get ten minutes total to finish. Start flying within four minutes. Sit on the Dodo and never fly — we move on, no charge, try again later.
5. Grab your stuff, then hit minus and select “Return to my island” so the next guest can fly. Be sure to learn any no-fly DIYs. They vanish if you fly with them.
6. After you see the saving icon, tap All good. That is when we take the $5. Closed the tab and wandered off before confirming the order went well? If the order looks completed and no issues were reported, we assume it’s done and move on after 10 minutes. If you did have an issue, please contact us through the on-screen chat bubble, or email help@reddswares.com. No word in 10 minutes? We assume it’s done.

Villager or items. Not both on one trip.

Leftover pocket slots? One tap fills them with gold stacks, or with unique wrapped gifts.

Villager visits

The photo and poster on the ground are for you to keep. You can’t hand them to a villager.

The wrapped fossil is a normal daily gift. Give it after they’re on your island; it helps you become friends faster.

First villager order asks you two yes questions: empty plot, and six villagers already.

Tulin, Mineru, Cece, and Viché are not available right now. If you are looking for one of them, let us know in the chat and we can accommodate.

Stamps / rewards

Each paid visit stamps your card — the fourth stamp activates a Free Trip Ticket and resets the counter. Free Trip Tickets can be stacked. A Free Trip Ticket does not earn a stamp.

Your account shows the amount stamps you earned in a lifetime, the current amount you have towards a Free Trip Ticket (like 0/4 until you earn a stamp), and how many Free Trip Tickets you currently have.

Gift a Free Trip Ticket

In Your account, you can send a banked Free Trip Ticket to a friend by their email. If they already have an account, they get it right away. If not, they have 24 hours to join with that email and claim it. Unclaimed Free Trip Tickets are returned to you after the 24 hours. You're sending them your Free Trip Ticket.

Bring a friend

On Your account, invite their email — no Free Trip Ticket needed. If they join from your invite and later pay for a visit, you both get a stamp. They get their usual visit punch. You get a thank-you punch. A Free Trip Ticket they spend does not count.
Only a paid trip earns a stamp.

Notifications

Mail comes from gifts@reddswares.com or help@reddswares.com.

• You sent a Free Trip Ticket or invited a friend
• They claimed the invite
• The Free Trip Ticket came back (24 hours, unused)
• They paid a visit — you got a thank-you stamp
• Shop-open list, verify, or password reset

Shop news

If you joined the list and want off, email help@reddswares.com. We remove you.

If something goes wrong

On Your visit, say the order was not satisfactory. We can release the hold and look at what went wrong. You cannot start another visit until we do. Use the Live Chat bubble or email help@reddswares.com.

Please don’t chargeback. Message us first. A chargeback locks the account. Talk to us. We can void a hold.

Before you fly

• Nintendo Switch Online — you need it to use a Dodo.
• Empty pockets — full pockets? There’s a trash can.
• Gold Nuggets — a stack of 30 sells for 300k bells at Nook’s Cranny. Sell at the counter, not the box outside. Why the payout looks short.
