Terms & disclaimers

Who we are

Redd’s Wares is a shop at reddswares.com, operated by LAB Electronics LLC doing business as TWIZT.SHOP. Card charges and Stripe receipts show as TWIZT.SHOP.

Help: help@reddswares.com or Chat on the site. These terms, plus Privacy and the visit rules on How it works, are the whole deal between you and us. English only.

Not Nintendo

Redd’s Wares is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Nintendo, Nintendo of America Inc., Nintendo Co., Ltd., or any Nintendo subsidiary or licensee.

Animal Crossing, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Online, Dodo Code, Nook Miles Ticket, Nook Inc., Redd, villager names, item names, and all related logos, characters, artwork, music, and design are trademarks, registered trademarks, or copyrighted works of Nintendo (or their respective owners). They are used here only to identify in-game content so you can pick a visit. They are not ours.

Catalog pictures, portraits, and icons on this site are Nintendo’s art (or derived from it) shown so you can recognize a thing in the game. We do not claim that art. We do not sell Nintendo’s copyrights, trademarks, or the game itself.

You need your own lawful copy of Animal Crossing: New Horizons and an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription. Nintendo’s terms still apply to you. If Nintendo changes the game, closes online play, or objects to this kind of visit, that is between you and Nintendo. We do not speak for them.

What you are buying

You are buying our time and a hosted island visit — a Dodo, a pile (or a villager arrangement), and a short window to pick it up. You are not buying intellectual property, a license to Nintendo’s game, or ownership of any virtual item outside Nintendo’s software.

In-game furniture, clothing, DIY cards, art, fossils, critters, bells, tickets, photos, posters, and villagers never leave Nintendo’s game. Nobody “owns” those bits except the rights holder. We cannot mail you a chair. We cannot transfer a copyright. If the game is gone, the stuff is gone.

$5 per visit after pickup, or one banked free trip. One Dodo. Empty pockets. Up to 40 item slots, or one villager — not both. Nothing ships in a box.

Who may use the shop

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and handle payment.

You need a real email you can confirm, a payment method that works with Stripe, and a Switch that can use Dodo codes. Fake inboxes and throwaway probes are not welcome.

By ordering, you say the cart is what you want, your island can take it (empty plot and six or more villagers already living there for a villager visit), and you will follow the clocks on How it works.

The visit, holds, and when we charge

Placing an order is an offer to buy that visit. We may refuse or cancel a suspicious order. A contract exists when we accept the order and (for a paid visit) place a card hold, or when we accept a stamp / free-trip spend.

We authorize your card first. We do not capture the $5 until the visit is finished — you tap All good after the saving icon, or we close it about ten minutes after you are home if the pile was taken. Sit on the Dodo and never land, pile untouched: we move on, no charge, try later. Take the pile and vanish: that is still a finished visit. Same $5.

Clocks matter. You get ten minutes total from the Dodo. Start flying within four minutes. Overstay, trash the island, or stall the next guest and we can end the visit and still charge if you already took goods.

No-fly DIY cards must be learned on our island. Fly home with one and it can vanish. That is the game, not a defect we refund.

Villager visits: we arrange an in-game moving villager. You still have to invite them from boxes. We do not guarantee friendship, catchphrases, house interior, or that Nintendo will keep that villager available. Some lookalikes are not for sale.

Catalog listings, pictures, and “fake” art labels are identification only. Variations can differ. If we delivered the wrong thing, write us right away with your Switch name.

Your island, your risk

You fly to us. You pick items off the ground or talk to a villager. You go home. You are responsible for your save, your island, your pockets, and what you do after you leave.

This kind of visit may conflict with Nintendo’s rules for the game. You use the shop at your own risk. We are not responsible if Nintendo warns you, restricts online play, bans an account, or if a save acts up, a villager will not move in, or a future patch breaks a workflow.

Do not share Dodo codes we give you. Do not stay after pickup. Do not wander houses or mess with the host island beyond grabbing your order.

Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

If we botched the delivery — wrong pile, no Dodo after we took a hold, villager never arranged — write help@reddswares.com or Chat right away. Switch name helps. We want to fix it: another visit, void a hold, or refund the $5.

After 90 days an order is marked resolved. No refunds after that.

Talk to us before you charge back. A chargeback on a visit we delivered can lock the account, cancel banked free trips, and we may pursue the amount plus fees. We can void a hold when we owe you. We will not self-serve a refund because you changed your mind after pickup.

“Not satisfactory” on the visit page opens a staff review. It does not auto-refund. Staff decide charge, refund, or keep the block.

Stamps and free trips

Punches and free trips are a shop perk. They have no cash value. You cannot sell them, cash them out, or demand money instead. We can change, pause, or end the card. Abuse, stacked accounts, or a chargeback can wipe stamps and trips.

Gifting a trip follows the rules on your account page. Unclaimed gifts can return to the sender. Stamp visits do not punch the card.

Accounts

Keep your password. You are responsible for orders on your login. We can suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or breaking these terms. Closed accounts can lose stamps and pending gifts.

The site, as-is

The catalog, portraits, search, and visit pages are provided as is. We do not promise the site is always up, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Gates close. Queues fill. Switches glitch. We may pause orders without notice.

Pictures are for recognition. Lighting, variation, and “fake” vs genuine art are in-game states, not physical goods with a warranty.

Links to other sites (payment, chat, mail) are not our pages. Their terms apply there.

Do not scrape the shop, attack it, or break in. We will cut access and, if it looks criminal, hand it to whoever handles that.

If someone gets hurt (liability)

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, ruined saves, lost villagers, Nintendo enforcement, missed events, or any indirect or consequential loss.

If we are liable for something we can legally limit, the most you can recover is what you paid us for that visit (usually $5, or nothing on a stamp visit).

Nothing here knocks out liability the law says we cannot limit (for example, some personal-injury or fraud rules).

Disputes

Email us first. Give us a reasonable chance to fix it (we aim for thirty days). Claims stay individual — no class, collective, or representative action against Redd’s Wares. Small-claims court is fine if you qualify.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without picking a fight over whose state law applies first. If a court throws out one sentence, the rest stays.

Changes

We can update this page. The date at the top is the current version. Keep using the shop after a change and the new text applies. We do not do special side deals unless we put them in writing.
